To place an order, browse restaurants in your area, select the items you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or choose cash on delivery.

Delivery hours depend on the restaurant's operating hours. Most restaurants on our platform deliver from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, but this can vary.

Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time through the "My Orders" section in your account. You'll receive updates via email and SMS as well.

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, if the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
